OUR WAY OF MAKING WINE

There are things that
only time can do.

From the first harvest to the last turn of the bottle.
We listen to the land, select the base wines and let the yeasts work.
Four generations in Valdobbiadene.

RESTING ON THE LEES

Time continues.

Wine still on the lees, with a future yet to be written. Every tirage has its own clock, every wait its own rhythm.

The beauty
of taking your time.

THE FAMILY

Our roots remain.
Our gaze looks ahead.

The founder of the family began turning local grapes into wine at Selva del Montello in the early nineteen hundreds. In 1934 Liberale Trevisiol founded his own sparkling wine cellar, recognising in this land a vocation the world would only discover many decades later.

Four generations have followed since. Marco and Dario have worked alongside their father Paolo in running the company since 2010.

THE TERROIR

The character
of a land.

Conegliano Valdobbiadene.

The Conegliano Valdobbiadene occupies a ribbon of hills between the two towns that give it its name: fifteen municipalities, slopes too steep for any machinery, a harvest done entirely by hand. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2019.

The soil is limestone and clay, and the best faces look south and south-east. These are the conditions that give Glera the perfume and the minerality we are looking for.
