Browsing and security

The systems providing this website may process your IP address, date and time, requested resources and technical browser information. Processing delivers the pages, keeps the service operational and prevents abuse, on the basis of legitimate interest in security and correct operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Aruba provides the hosting. Technical data are kept for the time necessary for operation, diagnosis and security, according to the hosting configurations and applicable Aruba terms. Longer retention may apply to incidents, investigations or legal obligations. Contact the controller for information about the retention of your visit logs.

When you write to us

Email links open your email application. If you send a message, we process your email address, name if supplied and message to reply and handle any subsequent relationship. For purchase or service enquiries, the legal basis is pre-contractual measures requested by you (Article 6(1)(b)); for other information enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.

Providing data is optional, but without contact details and the necessary information we cannot reply. Messages are retained as needed to handle the request and any ensuing relationship, taking account of legal obligations and the protection of rights.

Age check and technical storage

We ask you to declare that you meet the age requirements for wine content. We do not collect dates of birth or identity documents. Your answer is stored in your browser session and is not sent to the server as age-verification data. See the cookie policy for details.

Recipients and external links

Data may be processed by authorised company staff and providers needed for hosting, maintenance and email, according to their roles and agreements. Data are not made public. Instagram and Facebook links open external services only when you follow them; their own privacy notices apply. Aruba states that its hosting services use data centres in Italy. Voluntarily opening external platforms may involve processing and transfers governed by their operators’ notices. These platforms are not embedded in this website.

Your rights

Where applicable under GDPR Articles 15–22, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email above. You may also complain to the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. This website does not use advertising profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
