Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G.
Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Brut
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G.
Pure Glera from the hills of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The wine we have always introduced ourselves with: green apple and peach, a clean finish.

The grapes come from south and south-east facing slopes, between 200 and 400 metres, on limestone and clay soils. Vines of forty years and more, trained to Sylvoz and spurred cordon.
First fermentation in stainless steel at 18 °C, second in tank for twenty-five to thirty-five days. One month of ageing before bottling: just enough for the wine to come together without losing its drive.
