Cuvée Edoardo
Cuvée Edoardo Rosato
Vino Spumante Rosato Brut
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Glera. A brief maceration on the Pinot Noir skins, then six months of ageing.

The colour runs from honey to rose petal, depending on the vintage. Wild berries on the nose, a lively attack on the palate that closes with souplesse.
The same philosophy as the white Cuvée: grapes from the Treviso hills at three hundred metres, long timescales, no hurry to come out.
