Cuvée Edoardo
Cuvée Edoardo
Vino Spumante Brut
Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Glera from the Treviso hills. Six months of ageing and no regulations to obey: here we choose.

The name is that of Edoardo Trevisiol, of the second generation, the man who first looked beyond the borders of the denomination. This cuvée is born of that look.
Three hundred metres of altitude, vines of forty years and more, harvest in September. Fermentation in stainless steel, second fermentation in tank with Bayanus yeasts and six months of ageing: far more than a Prosecco needs.
